Demon's Vision[]
Cost: - Cooldown: 60 / 50 / 40 seconds[]
- Passive - Every 60/50/40 seconds (upgraded at level 6/11), Sebastian generates a demonic watcher in a form of Black Crow on a random Brush within the game map. When an enemy enters within the monitor radius of Black Crow, the crow will mark the target with a Demonic Peer debuff that lasts for 5 seconds. Within the duration of the Demonic Peer debuff, Sebastian will obtain the field of vision of the marked target and the marked target will be sustained with [1.0% of the target's maximum Health] + [0.08 AP] magic damage every 1 second. The Black Crow lasts for 2 minutes or 4 hits from being hit with basic attacks.
- Note - The interval to generate each Black Crow can be reduced by Cooldown Reduction effects.
Rage of the Ravens [Q][]

- Active - Sebastian summons a flock of ravens in the specified direction, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 + [0.5 AP] magic damage to all enemies the flock passes through and applying a Demonic Peer debuff on them.
Butler's Knives [W][]
Cost: 30 Mana Cooldown: 1 second[]
- Active - Sebastian throws a set of 3 knives forward, dealing 40/60/80/100/120 + [0.4 AP] magic damage to the first enemy hit and worsening the target's wound by applying 1 stack of Burial debuff on them. Sebastian will restore his own Health by 15%/17.5%/20%/22.5%/25% of the damage dealt by the set of knives when it hits and inflicts damage against enemies with Demonic Peer debuff. The Burial debuff reduces the target's Movement Speed by 10% per stack and increases the damage of this skill against the target by 25% per stack, up to 30% of Movement Speed reduction and 75% extra damage at 3 stacks. When the same target doesn't receive any new stack of Burial debuff within 3 seconds, the stack will be reduced by 1 stack per second. Whenever Sebastian hits the same enemy heroes with the set of knives for the 4th time, the target will be imprisoned for 1 second and will be applied with Demonic Peer debuff once.
- Note - When the target is imprisoned by this skill, the counter for the hits of the set of knives on that target will be reset.
Manifestation [E][]
Cost: 100 Mana Cooldown: 24 / 21 / 18 / 15 / 12 seconds[]
- Passive - Sebastian instantly appears (teleports) next to the selected enemy hero with Demonic Peer debuff, allied hero or non-hero unit within the cast range. Sebastian can use this skill to teleport himself toward the Black Crow outside the skill's cast range. When Sebastian casts this skill on the Black Crow that is far from him more than the cast range of this skill, the cooldown will be increased based on the exceeded range and the casting of this skill will be changed into channeling effect that has its time increases based on the exceeded cast range, maximum at 200% extra cooldown and 3 seconds for the channeling time at 1500 exceeded cast range.
- Note - The channeling effect and the teleport effect of this skill after the channeling is working the same way as Summoner Spell's Teleport.
Demon Avatar [R][]
Cost: 120 / 180 / 240 Mana Cooldown: 120 / 100 / 80 seconds[]
- Active - Sebastian unleashes his demonic power that lasts for 10 seconds, increasing his own Armor and Magic Resist by 40/60/80 and emit an aura that deals 30/45/60 + [0.2 AP] magic damage to all enemies within 500 radius nearby every 0.5 seconds. Each time the aura deals damage to an enemy hero, the cooldown of Manifestation [E] is reduced by 0.2 seconds.
