- Passive - Tomo gains 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% bonus Attack Speed.
- Active (Toggle) - While togging on this skill, the bonus Attack Speed from the passive of this skill will be lost and the range of Tomo's basic attacks will be increased by 25/45/65/85/105. Each basic attack consumes 20 Mana to convert that attack into a skill that lunches 7 arrows in a fan-shaped area forward, inflicting 5/10/15/20/25 + [1.1 AD] physical damage to the primary target, and The non-primary targets hit by this skill will take only 60% of the actual damage from this skill.
- Note - The arrows from the active effect of this skill are regarded as skill damage that can deal critical damage but can't trigger on-hit effects or any special effect from basic attacks.
Kohaku - Shooting [W]
Cost: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 Mana Cooldown : 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 seconds
- Active - Tomo aims for a short time before launching an arrow in the specified direction, inflicting 40/80/120/160/200 + [1.0/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4 AD] physical damage to all enemies hit on the path and pushing them back for a short distance. When the arrow is launched, the damage from the arrow is reduced by 15% for each target hit, and the damage can't be reduced lower than 40% of the arrow's actual damage.
Launching Hanami [E]
Cost: - Cooldown : 40 / 37 / 34 / 31 / 28 seconds
- Active - Tomo orders Hanami to conduct reconnaissance by flying toward the target location, granting sight of its path for 2 seconds and in an 1100 radius at its destination for 5 seconds. The sight of Hanami is not obstructed by brush or terrain. Within the revealed location, allied units gain 10%/12%/14%/16%/18% bonus Movement Speed and enemy units lose 10%/12%/14%/16%/18% Movement Speed for 5 seconds. Tomo's basic attacks and Kohaku - Shooting [W] deal 8%/10%/12%/14%/16% extra damage against targets applied with the Movement Speed reduction from this ability.

Umetsubaki [R]
Cost: 100 Mana Cooldown: 110 / 100 / 90 seconds
- Active - Tomo aims at the targeted enemy hero before launching the arrow toward the target, inflicting 250/450/650 + [1.5 AD] physical damage to the target hit. The arrow can't be blocked by any projectile blocking skills. The farther the target the longer the duration for aiming this skill, minimum at 1 seconds, and maximum at 4 seconds. If the target dies before the arrow is launched, this skill will enter a short period of cooldown before it can be cast again.
