    • Skill Description: Sebastian instantly appears (teleports) next to the selected enemy hero with Demonic Peer debuff, allied hero or non-hero unit within the cast range. Sebastian can use this skill to teleport himself toward the Black Crow outside the skill's cast range. When Sebastian casts this skill on the Black Crow that is far from him more than the cast range of this skill, the cooldown will be increased based on the exceeded range and the casting of this skill will be changed into channeling effect that has its time increases based on the exceeded cast range, maximum at 200% extra cooldown and 3 seconds for the channeling time at 1500 exceeded cast range.

  • Rampage [T]: Reworked the skill to be as follows:

    • Cooldown: 60 seconds
    • Skill Description: Goku transforms into a Giant Kong, slowing all nearby enemies within 600 range by 50% Movement Speed for 1.5 seconds.
      • Normal Form: During combat, increases Rage by 12/16/20 every second. Each of Goku's basic attacks increases 3/4/5 Rage, the casting of Zanzoken [Q] increases 9/12/15 Rage, and each enemy unit hit by Nyoibo [E] increases 3/4/5 Rage and doubling the increment when hitting the hero unit. After out of combat for 6 seconds, Rage is reduced by 10 per seconds. After out of combat for 12 seconds, Rage is reduced by 10 per seconds. (scaling the increment of Rage from various sources at level 6 and 11).
      • Giant Kong Form: While in this form, Goku loses the ability to cast skills and he can only perform basic attacks but in exchange for various bonuses. When the Rage is exhausted to 0. Goku will return to Normal form and enter a Weak state wherein his Attack Speed is reduced by 30%, his Attack Power is reduced by 15%, and his Movement Speed is reduced by 15% for 4 seconds. Rampage [T] will enter the cooldown only after Goku returns to Normal form. The various bonuses receive while in Giant Kong form will be as follows:
        • Goku increases his own Movement Speed by 30% and basic attack range by 130. His basic attacks will reduce the target's Movement Speed by 50% for 0.5 seconds.
        • Goku continuously consumes 7 + [4 x the duration in Giant Kong form (second)] Rage per second, and any participation in killing of enemy heroes (Hero Kill / Assist) increases his Rage by 50.
        • Goku increases his own Attack Damage by 45%, Attack Speed by 30%, Armor by 30%, Magic Resist by 30%, and Armor Penetration by 15%, and Goku continuously increases all of those 5 stats up to 180% bonus Attack Damage, 120% bonus Attack Speed, 120% bonus Armor, 120% bonus Magic Resist, and 60% Armor Penetration within 8 seconds.
  • Kamehameha [R]: Reworked the skill to be as follows:
    • Cost: 100% Current Rage
    • Cooldown: 80/60/40 seconds.
    • Skill Description: It's an extremely powerful technical that is learned from Turtle Hermit! Goku starts channeling the skill to accumulate energy, he instantly restores his Rage by 40/50/60 then increases his Rage by 20/25/30 every second. When Goku channels the skill up to 3 seconds, he will be forced to unleash the skill by firing an energy wave of Qigong in a cursor's direction that explodes when traveling for a certain distance or upon contact on an enemy hero, building or terrain. The explosion deals 200/375/550 + [1 x Consumed Rage] + [1.2 AP] + [1.2 Bonus AD] magic damage to all enemies (including buildings) within 250 range from the impact area and their Movement Speed is reduced by 50% for 1.5 seconds. All non-hero units hit by the energy wave are shoved away and take the same damage as those directly hit by the explosion. Moving, casting, being inflicted with crowd controls or pressing the S hotkey during the channeling effect will instantly stop the channeling effect and refund 50% of the skill cooldown.
  • Flying Nimbus [W]: Adjusted the extended duration based on the current Rage from 20 Rage per 1 extra second to 50 Rage per 1 extra second.

  • Rule Breaker: Adjusted the effect to be as follows: Each time Medea casts a skill or performs a basic attack, she gains 1 stack of Rule Breaker that lasts for 8 seconds on herself. After reaching the 3rd stack, her next basic attack or skill will consume all stacks of Rule Breaker to inflict 33 + [Hero Level x 7] + [0.4 AP] bonus magic damage to all enemies hit by that attack and reduces their Magic Resist by [4 + Hero Level] and Ability Power by 2 + [Hero Level x 3] for 2 seconds.
