- Active - Usopp fires a Firebird Star bullet in a line, dealing 50/90/130/170/210 + [1.0 Bonus AD] physical damage to all enemies the firebird passes through. When the firebird passes through an allied unit, it gains extra flight speed, extra distance, and 20% increased damage, stacking the damage up to 6 times (120%). Each allied hero the firebird passes through reduces this skill's cooldown by 0.5 seconds.

- Passive - Each basic attack on the same target increases Usopp's Attack Speed by 5%/7%/9%/11%/13% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 8 stacks. When Usopp activates this skill's active, he gains 2 stacks per attack. When the stacks are not full, switching the target will reduce half of the current stacks. While Usopps has 8 stacks (maximum stacks) of this skill, each of his basic attacks reduces the cooldown of the active of this skill by 0.6 seconds.

- Active - Usopp throws a fake 500 tons Giant Hammer to the target location. Before the hammer hits on the target location, this skill marks all enemies within the area for 1 second. When the hammer hits on enemies within the target area, it deals 50/80/110/140/170 + [0.6 AD] true damage and applies a blind effect on them for 1.5 seconds. If the marked units are not hammered, they are stunned after the mark's duration for 1 second.

- Active - Usopp fires a Bing Bang Star bullet to a target location, dealing 100/140/180 + [0.8 AD] physical damage to all enemies within the target area. Within 10 seconds, Usopp can cast this skill multiple times with an interval of 1 second and each subsequent cast consumes an additional Mana cost. Within the duration of this skill, Each hero killed or assisted by Usopp restores 20% of Usopp's maximum Mana to himself.
